XuperBoss public notice
Terms of Service
These terms govern invited use of the XuperBoss Portal. A signed customer agreement or order form controls if it conflicts with these online terms.
Last updated August 26, 2026
1. Release boundary
The current service is invite-only. Users must follow the data boundary displayed by the service. Real customer data is prohibited unless XuperBoss expressly shows an approved customer-data boundary for the organization. Salesforce Live is not part of the enabled service.
2. Accounts and authority
You must use an account issued or invited by an authorized organization, provide accurate information, protect credentials and MFA factors, and promptly report suspected compromise. You may act only for organizations and records for which you have current permission. Accounts and sessions may be suspended or revoked to protect users, organizations or the service.
3. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Access another tenant, bypass authorization, probe credentials or defeat security controls.
- Upload malware, unlawful content, unapproved personal data or material you lack authority to process.
- Use the service for deceptive, discriminatory, abusive or unlawful decisions or communications.
- Attempt to extract secrets, system instructions, another organization's data or provider credentials.
- Interfere with availability, auditing, rate limits, backups or incident response.
4. Agent and automated operations
The XuperBoss Agent can search authorized data, analyze files, prepare plans and propose business operations. Agent output may be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed. Mutating steps require the displayed human confirmation and execute under the confirming user's permissions. You remain responsible for the approval, use and consequences of Agent output.
5. Connected services
An administrator may enable separately governed providers such as OpenAI, Microsoft Graph, Google Workspace, transactional email or Stripe. Their terms, data practices and account permissions also apply. A disabled integration is not authorized for use. You may revoke a supported OAuth connection through the service or the provider.
6. Organization data and files
As between XuperBoss and the organization, the organization retains its rights in submitted data. The organization grants XuperBoss and its approved processors the limited rights necessary to host, secure, process, back up and transmit that data to deliver enabled features. Users must respect their organization's retention, confidentiality and deletion rules.
7. Billing
Fees, renewal, taxes, refunds and payment terms apply only when live billing and a corresponding order are enabled and accepted. A displayed test, synthetic or disabled billing screen does not create a charge. Payment processing may be provided by Stripe under its own terms.
8. Availability and changes
XuperBoss may make security, reliability and product changes, pause unsafe features, enforce limits or perform maintenance. Reasonable efforts will be made to preserve data integrity and provide a rollback path, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
9. Warranty and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without implied warranties not stated in a signed agreement. Liability, indemnity and service-level commitments are governed by the applicable signed agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Termination, notices and controlling agreement
Access may end when an invitation, membership, subscription or agreement ends. Provisions concerning security, ownership, confidentiality, payment and liability survive where their nature requires. Contact your organization administrator or use the invitation or support channel for notices. A signed agreement identifies the governing law, venue and any terms that replace this online version.
